Job summary

Experis Technology Group seeks a Senior PCB Design Engineer near San Jose to design schematics and PCB layouts for digital, analog, power, and wireless systems used in consumer electronics. You will lead board bring-up, debugging, testing, and validation, collaborating with firmware and software teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.

You will apply signal integrity, power integrity, EMC/EMI, and reliability analyses, and support prototypes and manufacturing ramp-up.

Qualifications

5 to 8 years of extensive experience in hardware board design and PCB engineering.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence, Allegro, OrCAD).
Strong understanding of digital, analog, wireless, and power electronics and validation practices.
Excellent communication and ability to work with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

Design schematics and PCB layouts for digital, analog, power, and wireless systems.
Select and integrate components such as processors, sensors, memory, and connectivity modules.
Lead board bring-up, debugging, testing, and performance validation.
Collaborate with firmware and software teams for hardware integration.
