Job summary

Staffing Pros, a division of VETS Inc., is seeking a PCB Design Engineer for an onsite role in Germantown, MD. The successful candidate will own hardware development for satellite communication products end-to-end, from concept to production, ensuring manufacturability and readiness for certification.

Requirements include 5+ years in engineering, a B.S. in ME/Aerospace, proficiency with CAD tools (Creo/SolidWorks/Fusion 360) and analysis tools (FEA, CFD), and experience with GD&T and tolerance

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering with mechanics, design, analysis, testing; manufacturing exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related STEM field.
• Proficient with CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and analysis tools (FEA, CFD).
• Exposure to GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis for production-ready designs.
• Strong communicator, cross-disciplinary collaboration and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware development for satellite communication products end-to-end.
• Lead design reviews and drive manufacturability and certification readiness.
• Apply CAD/analysis tools to deliver precise, reliable designs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal manufacturing for scale.
• Plan and execute testing to validate performance.
• Drive timelines across the product lifecycle.
