Qualifications

• Experience with planning, project management, and leadership.
• Preferred: PBM Claims/Accumulator experience; SQL, Teradata; Lean Six Sigma; Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement; research, develop, and implement best practices.
• Develop metrics to track performance and goals.
• Serve as internal consultant for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop plans to improve performance enterprise-wide.
