CVS Health in the United States seeks a Senior Analyst, PBM Contract Manager to apply complex financial, contractual and business strategies to large PBM client agreements. You will influence client retention and coordinate with internal teams to ensure negotiated terms are implemented.

You will negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and mitigate financial and relationship risks while aligning with CVS Health's objectives and competitive positioning.

Competenze

• 4 or more years’ financial analysis, pricing, or corporate underwriting experience.
• Ability to interact with management and foster teamwork to complete tasks.
• Experience managing complex legal documents is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee review of pricing commitment documents and assist in drafting, negotiation, approval, and renewal of full contracts.
• Support execution of contract strategies across clients, vendors, and providers.
• Adhere to governance processes, standards, and approved workflows.
• Build partnerships with Sales, Underwriting, Legal, Finance, Proposals, and Consultant Relations.
• Execute evolving legal strategies to offer competitive, profitable pricing offers.
