What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with multi-state payroll tax laws
- Administer U.S. employee benefits, serving as the primary liaison for COBRA and employee leave programs
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and support ADP Workforce Now administration
- Manage onboarding processes for U.S. hires, ensuring compliance documentation is completed
- Partner with insurance brokers to manage workers' compensation coverage and ensure ongoing compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, operations, or benefits administration in a multi-state environment
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now is required
- Strong understanding of U.S. benefits regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Globalization Partners (GP) is a plus
- Knowledge of Canadian employment practices
