Voltage LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support accurate, timely payroll for the US workforce and to strengthen payroll controls and processes. You will work with HR, Finance, managers, and our payroll provider to resolve discrepancies, maintain records, and respond to employee payroll questions.

The role requires 4+ years of payroll processing, strong Excel skills, and experience with payroll systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with manufacturing, high-volume, or multi-shift workforce preferred.
• Familiarity with federal and state wage-and-hour requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Process biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
• Review timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve discrepancies and coordinate corrections before payroll finalization.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
