Job summary

Baker Tilly International is seeking a Senior Specialist, Payroll to manage client payrolls across multiple US locations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The role involves handling payroll calculations, bonuses, tax withholdings, and reporting, while maintaining stringent data confidentiality and client relationships.

The position requires strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency with ADP WFN and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP WFN software and implementation.
• CPP preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payrolls in a timely manner to meet client deadlines; update employee records and calculate bonuses or severance.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions for social security and unemployment.
• Establish strong client relationships by consulting on payroll matters and maintaining data confidentiality.
• Provide technical software support to clients and assist with implementations as needed.
• Identify out-of-scope work and opportunities to expand services to clients.
