Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, or related field.
• Five (5) years of payroll administration or payroll accounting experience.
• CPP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll in collaboration with HR and IT.
• Administer Executime timekeeping system as power user and admin.
• Prepare payroll tax reports and filings (quarterly/annual).
• Reconcile payroll, benefits, and general ledger postings.
• Provide payroll customer service and respond to inquiries from departments.
