Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 5+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process the full payroll cycle for hourly and salaried employees, including new site locations.
• Manage employee data in the payroll system and coordinate with HRIS for hires, terminations, and changes.
• Audit payroll records, reconciliations, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and employer classifications.
• Assist with tax filings, W‑2s, 1099s, and year-end payroll close tasks.
• Monitor payroll legislation changes and recommend policy updates.
• Collaborate with HR to improve payroll processes and controls.
