Job summary

MEDLOG USA is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our on-site team. You will manage contractor payroll, settlements, and commissions, while ensuring accurate data in the TMS and maintaining strict confidentiality.

You will support process improvements and collaborate with contractors, agents, and internal departments to resolve issues. The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus experience in payroll calculations and reconciliations within a logistics or trucking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of payroll, contractor settlement, commission, accounts payable, or related experience.
• Experience in trucking/transport/logistics or drayage preferred.
• Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS) preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process contractor payroll accurately and on time.
• Enter and validate contractor pay in the TMS.
• Review deductions and settle discrepancies.
• Manage contractor maintenance accounts and escrow releases.
• Prepare agent commissions and related reports using Power BI.
• Maintain confidential payroll and contractor information.
• Support process improvements and training for team members.
• Respond to payroll and billing questions and coordinate with internal teams.
