This full-time role ensures accurate payroll processing, timely reporting, and collaboration with HR on new hires, terminations, and corrections. You will handle sensitive data and maintain compliance within a government contracting environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of payroll experience, strong ADP and Deltek CostPoint skills, and familiarity with ERP systems. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing in a government contracting environment.
• Strong experience with ADP and Deltek CostPoint.
• Experience with multiple payroll processing cycles.
• ERP Systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned payrolls are processed accurately and timely.
• Assist with new hire setup and off-boarding in payroll systems.
• Generate payroll reports and ensure compliance with funding sources and benefits administration.
• Research payroll discrepancies and resolve issues for hourly and salary employees.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth payroll transactions and data accuracy.
• Perform workers comp calculations as needed.
