Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Hybrid Payroll Specialist in the Miami area who will deliver accurate, compliant payroll processing across multiple states. You will partner with HR and Finance to resolve employee needs, support audits, and drive operational excellence in US locations.

The role requires at least 5 years of payroll experience, mastery of UKG/Kronos/SuccessFactors, and bilingual Spanish-English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of solid payroll processing experience.
• Extensive knowledge of payroll systems (UKG, Kronos, SuccessFactors).
• Experience with multi-state payroll regulations and audits.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle payroll data imports, adjustments, and benefits deductions.
• Audit payroll data and previews prior to submission; provide reporting tools to schools.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and assist with payroll audits and reporting.
