Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience with high-volume payroll.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local payroll laws and compliance.
• Experience with time/attendance systems and garnishments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex payroll operations and time/attendance system functionality.
• Handle garnishments, tax levies, and child support payments.
• Set up and maintain out-of-state employees in payroll systems.
• Provide guidance and training to Payroll Representatives on pay practices and regulations.
• Support Kronos editors to ensure correct pay rules and codes.
