Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll across multiple entities. You will handle taxes, benefits, and compliance while partnering with accounting and HR to improve processes.

The role requires at least five years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with cloud payroll systems such as Paycom. This is a full-time, on-site position in the US with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience with complex payroll processes and tax questions.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and year-end reporting.
• Experience with a cloud-based payroll system; Paycom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review bi-weekly payroll for multiple entities with accuracy.
• Ensure payroll tax accuracy across states/localities and respond to notices.
• Manage year-end activities, W-2s, and allocations.
• Process sales commissions and payroll-related journal entries.
• Support audits and payroll-related projects across teams.
