Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Extensive experience with multi‑state payroll and compliance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and decision‑making capabilities.
• Advanced payroll compliance and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily payroll operations to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor payroll workloads to meet deadlines and standards.
• Review payroll registers, audit reports, and transactions for accuracy prior to processing.
• Serve as escalation point for complex payroll issues and tax notices.
• Create and maintain SOPs reflecting changes in processes and regulations.
• Oversee quarter‑end and year‑end payroll activities and audits.
