Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive payroll experience (minimum 1-2 years Dayforce)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience processing payroll across multiple states and with federal/state tax requirements

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution and administration of GHJ’s payroll and compensation programs
• Execute bi-weekly payrolls for ~300 employees and weekly payrolls for ~10 via Dayforce
• Review timekeeping, earnings, deductions and data prior to processing
• Process pay changes, bonuses, commissions, retroactive pay and off-cycle payments
• Maintain payroll records and calendars, ensure compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with PuzzleHR, Dayforce, People, and Finance to resolve issues
