Insight Global is seeking a Sr Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate wage calculations, tax withholdings, and deductions. You will train junior staff, maintain GAAP compliance, and collaborate with HR/Finance to optimize payroll operations.

The role requires multi-state payroll experience, Dayforce proficiency, and strong Excel skills. This onsite Louisville, CO position is a 6-month contract to hire with benefits during the contract period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 6+ years of related payroll experience.
• Experience with Dayforce preferred.
• Knowledge of GAAP and payroll regulations.
• CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and accuracy.
• Prepare and reconcile payrolls, direct deposits, and postings.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
• Generate payroll reports and respond to inquiries promptly.
