ATC is seeking a Senior Payroll Professional to play a key role in delivering a seamless payroll experience for our global workforce, with responsibility for end-to-end payroll execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to grow and advance in the payroll profession.
The Senior Payroll Administrator ensures accurate, timely end-to-end payroll processing for multiple pay groups and provides guidance to HR partners on payroll policies and procedures. This role serves as a subject matter expert on payroll operations while also supporting benefits administration and leave initiatives
Key Responsibilities (Payroll-Focused)
- )Processes payrolls for any combination of our semi-monthly, biweekly, and weekly pay groups in coordination with the payroll tea
- m.Review timesheets for accuracy, verify non-worked earnings, and ensure approvals are obtaine
- d.Validate labor tracking data and review new hire, termination, and employee change data in the HRIS syste
- m.Provide guidance to HR Generalists and Recruiters on payroll policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and accurac
- y.Maintain payroll reports and provide accurate information to Finance to support reconciliations, tax reporting, and general ledger posting
