Base Pay Range

$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Position Overview

Cordia Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will manage payroll processing, labor and timekeeping, and new employee setup, working as part of a team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Manage labor and timekeeping to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Assist in setting up new employees in the payroll system, including documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve payroll issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience with Costpoint is a plus.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
