Job summary

Proven Recruiting, a growing DFW company, seeks a Senior Payroll Tax Analyst to manage payroll processing for multiple entities on a bi‑weekly cycle in a hybrid role. You will handle new hires, changes, and deductions, while resolving payroll and tax discrepancies and fielding employee questions across offices.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in full-cycle payroll, strong Excel skills, and ADP experience, with multi-state exposure in a mid-to-large company.

What does this position pay

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skill set, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 per year, + Bonus DOE. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
