Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates payroll processing for all District employees.
• Develops internal control procedures for payroll processing.
• Prepares payroll journal entries and cash projection.
• Reviews staff performance and maintains employee records.
• Audits payroll input/output and generates reports in compliance with laws.
• Serves as district liaison for payroll audits.
• Train and assign work to payroll staff.
• Responds to payroll questions from employees.
