Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll Tax, or related field.
• Minimum six years' experience managing full-cycle payroll and tax compliance.
• Recent Workday Payroll experience.
• Ability to lead payroll operations and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll function with priorities and strategic direction.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate payroll team members and manage performance.
• Provide guidance on complex payroll matters and timely resolutions.
• Oversee payroll tax compliance, filings, and deposits across jurisdictions.
• Maintain payroll controls, audit readiness, and policy updates.
• Partner with Finance on reconciliation and reporting; manage variances.
• Lead major payroll projects, system implementations, and upgrades.
• Define KPIs and provide management reporting on trends and risks.
• Lead year-end payroll processes and Forms W-2, coordinating with stakeholders.
