Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee US payroll operations and support global payroll activities as needed. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving process improvements and accurate reporting.

In this role, you will partner with HR, Finance, and external providers to optimize payroll workflows, manage multi-state payroll across the US, and lead a team to deliver a best-in-class employee experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive payroll experience, including lead role
• Strong knowledge of US payroll practices and multi-state regulations
• Experience with ADP, Workday, UKG or similar payroll systems
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• CPP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process payroll across US states, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements
• Partner with third-party providers to meet SLAs and compliance standards
• Develop standardised payroll procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits as required
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and external partners on compensation and benefits
• Lead implementation and optimization of payroll systems and HRIS platforms
• Manage payroll team members or coordinate with local payroll contacts
• Support global payroll governance with international providers
