Quaise Energy, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll across multiple states and support Paycom implementation. The role partners with HR, Finance, and Accounting to ensure compliant, timely payroll, including bonuses and equity events, while scaling with company growth.

The ideal candidate has multi-state payroll expertise, strong compliance knowledge, and experience with HRIS/payroll integrations in a fast-paced, high-growth energy environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive payroll experience in multi-state environments.
• Paycom implementation and administration experience strongly preferred.
• CPP certification preferred; bachelor's in accounting/finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt staff across multiple states.
• Ensure timely payroll including bonuses, equity events, per diems, relocation pay.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and reporting.
• Lead payroll system implementations and Paycom administration.
• Prepare payroll reports and analytics for leadership and auditors.
