• Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of payroll specialists.

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll inquiries.
• Maintain payroll records and prepare payroll-related reports.
• Partner with HR, Benefits, and Finance to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
