The role requires deep Workday Payroll expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage priorities, risks, and data security while upholding regulatory standards.

• Full-cycle payroll processing knowledge and tax compliance.
• Ability to lead payroll operations and systems initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll function and establish strategic direction.
• Coach and evaluate payroll team, ensuring deadlines and quality.
• Ensure payroll tax compliance and timely filings across jurisdictions.
• Partner with Finance on reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Lead payroll system projects and vendor relationships.
• Define and monitor payroll KPIs and provide management reporting.
• Manage year-end processes and Forms W-2 coordination.
