Job summary

Fusion Connect is seeking a Payroll Manager to provide strategic leadership for payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll administration. You will partner with HR and Finance to support governance and business operations.

You will oversee end-to-end payroll, tax compliance, reconciliations, system projects such as Workday payroll, vendor relationships, and year-end activities, driving improvements in controls, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle payroll and tax compliance.
• Experience with Workday Payroll is required.
• Ability to lead and coach payroll team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll function and accuracy.
• Ensure federal, state, and local tax compliance.
• Partner with Finance for GL reconciliation and reporting.
• Lead payroll system projects and process improvements.
• Manage year-end payroll activities and W-2 processes.
