Job summary

SES S.A Brazil is seeking a Manager, Payroll Americas & LATAM to oversee payroll for the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Canada and Colombia. You will ensure accurate calculation, processing, disbursement, reconciliation and compliance across the region, updating SAP SuccessFactors and ADP Vantage data for the Americas.

The role requires extensive U.S. payroll experience, coordination with external providers, and governance of year-end filings, benefits deductions and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of payroll experience, with strong U.S. payroll expertise.
• Experience with ADP Vantage, SAP SF, and HRIS/payroll interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate calculation and disbursement of payroll for Americas region.
• Manage year-end processing and W-2s preparation.
