Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Five years experience in the Human Resources, payroll or related field.
• Experience on an implementation team for payroll implementations or upgrades is preferred.
• CPA or CPP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leads department efforts for testing and auditing as changes are implemented by IT.
• Provides analysis and trending to identify improvement opportunities and manage projects.
• Coordinates communication of changes to customers and vendors.
• Manages relationships with patients, physicians and staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Provides project management support to meet timelines and deliverables.
