Job summary

Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Payroll Manager to lead North American payroll operations for the United States and Canada. You will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations, and mentor a high-performing team while partnering with Finance, HR, and external vendors to improve efficiency and data integrity.

Wayne, PA with two onsite days per week is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field; CPP or PCP preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive payroll experience with leadership.
• Experience in U.S. and Canadian payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems and HRIS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canada; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage payroll schedules, reconciliations, and reporting cycles.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and vendors to ensure data integrity and smooth payroll operations.
• Lead a high-performing payroll team and drive process improvements.
