Cushman & Wakefield in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Sr. Payroll Advisor to lead payroll processing for U.S.

and Canada employees. This role ensures timely and accurate payroll for populations up to 3,000 and reports to the Payroll Manager. You will provide tier 2 support, advise business stakeholders on payroll processes, compliance, and best practices, and collaborate across HR, IT, and Finance to resolve issues and implement new programs.

Responsibilities

• Processing payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees
• Providing payroll tier 2 level support
• Educating business stakeholders on payroll processes, compliance, and activities
• Demonstrating critical thinking and payroll program expertise
• Managing payroll taxation, jurisdictional requirements and related regulations
• Resolving routine issues within existing practices under payroll leadership
• Communicating and implementing payroll aspects and training for new programs
• Providing customer service to employees and communicating payroll information
• Managing and processing payroll, analyzing data to identify and resolve errors
• Collaborating across HR, IT, Finance and other functions
• Supporting submission of tax, garnishments, and bank files to external agencies
• Maintaining confidential records and direct ownership of tasks
• Creating/editing ad-hoc HR/Payroll reports for management
• Serving as HR Payroll point of contact for a geographical/function area
• Maintaining policy knowledge and completing special projects
