Leprino is seeking a Payroll Supervisor in Denver to lead a payroll team serving the corporate office and eight manufacturing locations nationwide. You will oversee weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing, ensure accuracy and compliance, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement in payroll workflows.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive payroll experience including full-cycle processing.
• Two years of experience leading or supervising employees.
• Experience processing payroll across multiple states and applying federal, state, and local requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills for payroll data review, reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Payroll Specialists across the corporate office and eight manufacturing locations.
• Review and approve payrolls to ensure accurate, timely payment per requirements.
• Coach team members and support their professional development.
• Resolve complex payroll discrepancies, system issues, and tax concerns.
• Coordinate monthly bonus processing, timelines, and accurate payments.
• Review payroll journal entries and assist with month-end close with Finance.
• Oversee tax activities including W‑2 processing and UKG filings.
• Maintain accurate payroll structures, policies, and reporting within UKG and related systems.
