Job summary

Leprino is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Denver to strengthen how we evaluate growth, pricing, and performance across our domestic and international markets. You will be at the center of commercial decision-making, supporting opportunity assessment, deal structuring, and margin understanding to enable disciplined growth.

Starting compensation ranges from $89,000 to $101,000 with a 10% annual target bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or business development support.
• Advanced Excel and BI system proficiency; SAP or ERP experience.
• Ability to build clear models, reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Build financial insights to shape commercial strategy across markets.
• Partner with Business Development to analyze opportunities and profitability.
• Develop financial models to assess contracts and guide negotiations.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for reliable data access.
• Prepare performance packages for senior leaders to drive action.
• Support budgeting and long-range planning across functions.
• Conduct market and pricing analyses for dairy markets.
