Job summary

Entrega, a leader in Technology Services & Solutions Delivery, is seeking a Sr. Payroll & Financial Operations Specialist to lead end-to-end payroll processing, workforce cost analysis, and month-end close support on the Finance Team in Troy, Michigan.

You will drive process documentation, improvements, and cross-functional coordination to scale operations. Strong multi-state payroll experience and CPP/FPC are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll, payroll accounting, financial operations, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Experience independently processing and reconciling full-cycle payroll.
• Experience with multi-state payroll strongly preferred.
• Experience performing payroll-to-general-ledger and payroll liability reconciliations.
• Experience supporting accounting close processes, financial controls, or recurring financial operations.
• Experience working with payroll/HRIS platforms and related financial systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
