Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to own full-cycle payroll processing, equity administration, and related accounting in a fast-growing AI infrastructure company. The role supports global teams from a San Jose, CA base, with hybrid work and a strong emphasis on accuracy and automation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payroll, equity administration, and auditing, with ADP Workforce Now proficiency and equity platforms like Carta or Shareworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing, accounting, and stock/equity administration.
• Experience with US payroll via ADP Workforce Now and review of international payroll.
• Experience administering equity plans using Carta/Shareworks or similar.
• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-state US payroll and support international payroll processes.
• Manage equity plan transactions with precision.
• Contribute to financial reporting, tax filings, and audits.
