LeoForce in Fresno, CA is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our tenured team. You will manage client inquiries, set up payroll deductions, and ensure accurate payroll data entry.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service, experience with payroll systems and payroll taxes, and strong Excel/Word skills. This role offers growth in a finance-focused environment with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Proven experience with payroll systems and payroll taxes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry and calculations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve client questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Set up deduction codes in the payroll system for clients (garnishments, HSAs, voluntary deductions).
• Enter client data from calls or faxes accurately.
• Contact clients to resolve data issues and request corrections.
• Verify the accuracy of payroll data and respond to inquiries.
• Calculate payroll taxes for manual checks based on client data.
• Assist other Customer Service Representatives and process cancellation of client accounts.
• Troubleshoot with clients over the phone when issues arise.
