Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Associate's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll processing support and payroll administration.
• Proficiency with payroll software, preferably Workday, and payroll-to-GL reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates payroll processing for assigned pay groups by validating HRIS and timekeeping inputs and applying standard pay rules.
• Verifies standard earnings and adjustments to sustain accurate gross-to-net outcomes.
• Resolves payroll and payroll tax exceptions by researching records and coordinating corrections.
• Maintains payroll records, reporting, and control documentation for audits and statutory obligations.
• Performs year-end readiness activities and wage statement accuracy and exception resolution.
