Responsibilities

• Process and manage standard bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls for all employees.
• Ensure accurate calculations of wages and resolve discrepancies.
• Review timecards for accuracy and train employees on timecard processes.
• Maintain payroll records and employee information in all systems.
• Process payroll/personnel changes including new hires and terminations.
• Assist in tax registration and payroll tax reports.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments.
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll issues.
• Prepare paycheck distribution for employees without direct deposit.
