Experience with ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Paycom, Paycor is preferred; CPP certification is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

3 years of payroll experience, ideally in a consulting firm, payroll provider, or in-house payroll function.
Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and multistate regulations.
Experience with payroll tax forms and filings.
Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Paycom, Paycor.
CPP certification strongly preferred (or in progress).

Responsibilities

Support payroll engagements for a range of clients, industries and geographies.
Assess and improve payroll processes, controls, and procedures.
Perform multistate payroll compliance reviews, including federal, state, and local regulations.
Support payroll tax activities, including preparation and review of forms (e.g., 941, 941-X, W-2C).
Assist with payroll setup and configuration, including earnings, deductions, and tax treatments.
Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work.
