Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll lifecycle for Oshkosh Corporation and subsidiaries.
• Maintain payroll records and files in compliance with policies.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Balance and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare payroll processing reports for management and external reporting.
• Document business processes and standard work instructions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (CIMS) across payroll.
