OEC is seeking a Senior Payroll Compliance Analyst to own payroll accuracy, compliance, and process innovation across North America. The role reports to the HR team and emphasizes autonomy, problem-solving, and proactive risk mitigation.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of multi-state payroll experience, expertise with Dayforce, and strong communication skills to support a remote/hybrid workforce. Some travel and ET time-zone coordination are required.
