Simon-Kucher is seeking a Senior Manager, Payroll & Benefits to lead payroll, benefits, and total rewards operations across the United States and Canada. The role can be based in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York, or San Francisco, with a requirement of at least two in-office days per week.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to develop scalable processes, strengthen controls, and drive strategic improvements across payroll, benefits, and employee rewards

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of progressive payroll and benefits experience across US multi-state and Canada.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of gross-to-net payroll processing, payroll taxation, payroll accounting, reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state/provincial, and local employment regulations (FLSA, wage and hour laws, ERISA, FMLA, payroll tax requirements, etc.).
• Experience developing payroll & benefits policies, controls, and compliance frameworks in a growing organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen.

Mansioni

• Lead payroll operations for US and Canada, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing.
• Oversee benefits programs, including administration, enrollment, and total rewards.
• Develop North America benefits strategy and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for payroll and benefits.
• Coordinate global mobility and international assignment payroll impacts.
• Coach and develop the Senior Payroll & Benefits Coordinator; drive continuous process improvements.
