Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking a Senior Manager, Payroll & Benefits to lead payroll, benefits, and total rewards for the United States and Canada. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure compliant, accurate payroll and an outstanding employee experience while supporting firm growth.

The role can be based in any major US office (Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston, New York or San Francisco) with at least two in-office days per week, and includes partner-facing governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations for US and Canada, ensuring timely, accurate processing.
• Oversee benefits programs, open enrollment, and related communications.
• Develop North America benefits strategies and benchmarking.
• Manage payroll budgets, forecasts, and analytics for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate cross-border payroll and LATAM support.
• Coach and develop the payroll team and establish governance.
