Job summary

Simon-Kucher is seeking a Senior Manager, Payroll & Benefits to lead U.S. and Canada payroll and benefits operations across multiple North American locations. This role requires collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal and operations teams to optimize processes, controls and employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in payroll and benefits across a multi-state US environment, with 2+ years in leadership and CPP certification preferred. The position offers hybrid work in major U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of payroll and benefits experience across US and Canada.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration, taxation, reconciliations, and controls.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving change in a matrixed global org.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll operations for US and Canada employees, ensuring timely, accurate processing.
• Oversee payroll benefits administration, vendor relations, and annual enrollment planning.
• Develop NA benefits strategies, benchmarking, and vendor negotiations.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting for payroll and benefits.
• Provide cross-border payroll oversight and support LATAM benefits.
