Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist to support end-to-end payroll and benefits for four locations, with equity compensation administration and collaboration with the People Services & Culture team. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Pasadena, CA.

Required: 4+ years in payroll/benefits, ADP WFN experience, advanced Excel, and strong detail orientation. Knowledge of equity compensation is a plus; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of payroll and/or benefits experience.
• Experience with ADP WFN and advanced Excel is required.
• Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws related to payroll; equity knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Back up for all payroll activities, including final pay for terminations.
• Create and maintain equity compensation checklists and process grants, exercises and RSU activity.
• Assist with daily and quarterly equity plan administration and audits.
• Support benefits administration and HR-related tasks across four locations.
• Collaborate with Accounting and People Services & Culture team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
