Qualifications

• 4 recent years of payroll and/or benefits experience.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with ADP WFN and Excel.
• Knowledge of wage and hour laws.
• Strong communication skills across levels.
• Flexibility to work extra hours during peak times.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Back up payroll activities, including final pay and terminations via ADP WFN.
• Create and maintain equity compensation checklists.
• Manage company equity plan and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Audit payroll data and employee changes.
• Provide benefits support and HR system/process improvements.
• Support general HR/People Services tasks.
