You will collaborate with Accounting, HR, and operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery, with a focus on guest satisfaction and financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-state payroll systems and high-volume processing.
• Ability to interpret federal, state, and local regulations for garnishments and taxes.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills to reconcile payroll accounts and support reporting.
• Proficiency with payroll/HRIS software and Excel; attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state operations on a timely basis.
• Maintain payroll records, reconcile related accounts, and handle garnishments and deductions.
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll issues promptly.
• Analyze payroll data for trends, support audits, and collaborate with Accounting, HR, and operations.
