Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Payroll - Senior Analyst. This position is based at our North American HQ location in Beachwood, OH with a hybrid work schedule available.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

What you’ll do:

The Senior Payroll Analyst supports accurate and compliant payroll operations by managing specialized payroll activities and resolving employee issues. This role is responsible for administering employee overpayments, supporting wage and tax statement inquiries, coordinating garnishment processing, and maintaining the accuracy of time and labor data. The Payroll Analyst also contributes to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, strengthen controls, and improve the employee experience. In addition, the role partners with stakeholders on payroll projects and initiatives, helping implement new processes, systems, and compliance requirements that support operational excellence and sustainable business results.

In this function you will:

• Manage employee overpayments. Review exceptions and resolve overpayment items to support accurate payroll processing.
• Support employment tax inquiries. Resolve requests related to annual wage and tax statements.
• Coordinate employee garnishments. Gather, organize, and submit garnishment information for processing.
• Maintain accurate time and labor data. Process historical corrections and review pending workforce management issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls, reduce manual effort, and improve the employee payroll experience.
• Support payroll projects. Partner with stakeholders to implement new processes, continuous improvement, systems, and compliance requirements while ensuring successful execution and sustainable results.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in finance or HR.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Only candidates currently located within a 50 mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
