SolomonEdwards is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage complex payroll operations across multiple payrolls in a hybrid Reading, PA environment. The role requires independent work on advanced payroll activities, expatriate payroll support, and leadership for payroll initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of payroll experience, a Bachelor's degree, and CPP certification, with strong analytical skills and expertise in HCM systems integration and tax compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CPP certification required.
• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience.
• Advanced knowledge of payroll administration, processing, recordkeeping, reconciliation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles as they relate to payroll.
• Experience with payroll, HCM, and time and attendance systems.
• Experience supporting payroll system upgrades, integrations, testing, and implementations preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage complex payroll processing across multiple payrolls.
• Perform reconciliations of payroll-related accrual and general ledger accounts.
• Support expatriate payroll activities and tax compliance requirements.
• Lead payroll-related development, testing, and implementation for HCM upgrades.
• Analyze payroll processing issues and recommend solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll procedures, controls, and efficiency.
• Provide recommendations to payroll leadership on process improvements and system enhancements.
• Respond to complex payroll inquiries from stakeholders.
• Mentor payroll team members and prioritize work.
• Back up payroll leadership and support daily operations.
• Coordinate resources for payroll projects and initiatives.
• Create and maintain complex payroll queries, reports, and analyses.
• Support special payroll-related projects.
