Crew Carwash is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance for Team Members. This on-site role at our Fishers, IN Support Center collaborates with HR, Finance and IT, driving process improvement and system enhancements.
The person will manage Dayforce-related projects, provide payroll reporting and analytics, and support complex payroll matters across multiple states. Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
The Senior Payroll Analyst provides exceptional support to all Team Members at Crew Carwash by ensuring payroll is processed accurately, timely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This position is on-site 5 days per week at our Support Center in Fishers, IN.
The Senior Payroll Analyst serves as a payroll subject matter expert and is responsible for supporting all aspects of bi-weekly payroll processing, payroll reporting, payroll compliance, payroll audits, payroll-related system functionality, and payroll process improvement. This position plays a key role in identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes, strengthen internal controls, reduce manual work, enhance system functionality, and improve the overall Team Member and leader experience. The Senior Payroll Analyst will manage Dayforce-related process improvement and system enhancement projects, partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Operations, IT, and external vendors, and provide guidance on complex payroll matters. The Senior Payroll Analyst is part of the Payroll and Benefits team and reports to the Payroll and Benefits Manager.
